I chose this hotel for attending an assembly and was impressed by the management and staff who worked hard to make my day a memorable and special one. The meeting facilities provided at the hotel were top-notch and catered to all my needs.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

Comfortable guestrooms ensure a good night's sleep with amenities such as heating, alarm clock, television, and kitchenette. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! The bar offers a great range of low/non-alcoholic beverages. I had a mocktail that was so refreshing, it felt like a tropical paradise in a glass. The staff worked behind the scenes to make our stay memorable and special. They were like magical elves, ensuring everything ran smoothly without us even realizing it. This spacious 1-bedroom suite included a kitchenette with all the necessities and more. It was like having my own personal chef, with a microwave and toaster at my disposal.

The main highway nearby can be noisy.

Upon arrival, I was pleased to find a spotless studio equipped with a TV 📺. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Perfect location to most places, amiable staff, everything was great. Location: the hotel was just off Tauranga, many trucks passing, and renown restaurant. One of the dining options, Heather's Ice Cream was 10 mins walk away.
